BG Universal Cooling System Cleaner removes tough cooling system scale and deposits.

Over time rust, scale and other effects of corrosion build up in the cooling system. When these deposits form on heat transfer surfaces, it drastically affects the engine’s ability to cool itself. This decreases the cooling system’s ability to function effectively. This buildup also restricts coolant flow, causing overheating and possible engine damage.

BG Universal Cooling System Cleaner removes built-up scale, oil, and harsh mineral deposits that have formed in the coolant system. As a part of the BG Cooling System Service, it removes tough residues caused by oil fouling and coolant inhibitor breakdown. It will also remove corrosion products, such as rust, that speed inhibitor depletion.
